This Privacy Policy explains how PanduChatbot Telegram Bot, or @PanduChatBot, collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects user data when users interact with the bot through Telegram.

By tapping “I have read and agree”, creating an account, signing in, using bot features, uploading files, creating QR Codes, buying premium packages, or contacting support through the bot, users are considered to have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

Introduction

What is PanduChatbot?

PanduChatbot is an automation-based Telegram bot that provides account services, feature access, Document Tools, QR Code generation, credit or quota usage, premium packages, email verification, payment-related service, and support flow.

The bot runs through Telegram. This means user interactions such as messages, buttons, callbacks, and files sent to the bot are processed through Telegram before being processed by the PanduChatbot system.

Who manages PanduChatbot?

PanduChatbot is managed by Pandu Hindrata as the service owner and operator. In this policy, PanduChatbot refers to the bot system, database, account flow, features, and supporting services used to run the Telegram bot.

When does this policy apply?

This policy applies when users open or use @PanduChatBot, create an account, sign in, enter email, username, or account password, verify email, use Document Tools, create QR Codes, use credits or quota, buy premium packages, make payments, receive service emails, contact support, or tap the privacy notice consent button.

Data We Collect

What Telegram data is processed?

When users interact with PanduChatbot, the system may process Telegram ID, Telegram username, Telegram account details available from bot interactions, messages or commands, buttons or callbacks, submitted files, and interaction time.

This data is used to recognize users, run commands, manage feature access, limit usage, connect Telegram identity with a PanduChatbot account, and support issue handling.

What account data is stored?

If users create an account or use features that require sign-in, the system may store PanduChatbot account username, email address, phone number, full name, business data if provided, account status, login or session data, email verification status, and privacy notice consent status.

PanduChatbot account passwords are processed for authentication and are separate from Telegram passwords. Users must not provide Telegram passwords to PanduChatbot or any other party. PanduChatbot passwords are stored in a technically protected form, such as hashing, according to the system implementation.

What usage data is recorded?

PanduChatbot may record feature usage to run credit, quota, and access control. Usage data may include selected features, usage time, credit or quota amount, free daily credit, paid credit, package validity, usage limit, premium status, and operational or error logs needed to keep the system running.

What file data is processed?

If users use Document Tools, users may send files to the bot for processing. The system may process submitted files, file names or metadata, file size and type, processed output files, output references, process time, and process status.

Files may be processed temporarily to generate requested outputs such as conversion, compression, split, merge, resize, or other available document features. Temporary files may be created during processing and cleaned up where technically possible or according to available cleanup mechanisms.

What QR Code data is processed?

If users use the QR Code feature, the system may process entered text, URLs or links, QR headline or label if available, output configuration, and generated QR Code images. Users should avoid putting passwords, tokens, private keys, or other sensitive information into QR Codes unless necessary.

What payment data is processed?

If users buy premium packages or paid services, the system may store transaction metadata such as order ID, invoice or payment reference, purchased package, amount, currency, payment status, transaction timestamp, PayPal reference, or other payment data required for verification and package activation.

PanduChatbot does not store full PayPal credentials, full card details, or full sensitive payment information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, and payment data may also be processed under the provider policy.

What support data is processed?

If users contact support, the system may process Telegram identity, provided email or contact information, support message content, issue category, order reference if related to a transaction, ticket status, and help history needed to resolve the issue.

How We Use Data

How is data used to run the bot?

Data is used to run commands, recognize users, display menus, send outputs, maintain user flow, and make sure features work according to user access status. Without Telegram ID, account status, and usage records, the bot cannot manage credit, quota, or premium package features correctly.

How is data used for account and sign-in?

Account data is used to create accounts, sign in, verify email, maintain account access, manage sessions, and reduce unauthorized use. Email may be used for OTP, account verification, receipts, premium access information, or service communication.

How is data used for Document Tools and QR Code?

File data is used to process documents according to the selected feature. QR Code input is used to generate QR images based on user input.

How is data used for credits and usage limits?

Credits and usage logs are used to provide free daily credit, manage paid credit, apply feature limits, prevent abuse, verify usage during support, and ensure premium packages run according to account status. Paid credit is managed based on user accounts, not only Telegram ID, so premium access is connected to the correct account.

How is data used for payments and email?

Payment data is used to verify transactions, record purchased packages, activate premium access, send receipts, and support payment-related issues. Email is used for verification, OTP, receipts, service notifications, premium access information, and related support communication.

Telegram Platform Notice

PanduChatbot runs through Telegram. Telegram may process messages, account identity, files, callbacks, and certain metadata according to Telegram terms and policies. PanduChatbot does not control every data processing activity performed by Telegram.

Document Tools and File Processing

Users may submit files for document features such as conversion, merge, split, compression, resize, or other tools provided by the bot. Supported file types and sizes may be limited by technical capacity.

Users must not send files owned by others without permission, high-risk confidential documents, unnecessary sensitive personal data, illegal files, copyright-infringing files, privacy-infringing files, malware, or harmful files. Users are responsible for files sent to the bot.

QR Code Processing

To create a QR Code, the system may use text, links, URLs, headlines, or other input provided by users. The input is processed to generate a QR image returned through the bot. Operational metadata may be stored for feature operation, support, or abuse prevention.

Credits, Usage Limits, and Usage Logs

The system records feature usage to manage credits, quotas, free daily credit, premium credit, feature limits, and package access. Usage records help the system know whether users still have credit, whether a feature has reached its limit, and whether a premium package is active.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. PanduChatbot stores transaction metadata needed for order verification, package activation, receipts, and support. Full payment credentials are not stored by the bot.

Email Communication

Email may be used for account verification, OTP delivery, transaction receipts, premium access information, account notifications, support communication, and service notices related to bot usage. Service emails may be sent through an SMTP provider or email provider, which may process the address and service message content.

Support and User Assistance

When users contact support, the system may process Telegram identity, email, support message, issue category, order reference, ticket status, and other information needed to solve the issue. Users should not send unnecessary sensitive data when contacting support.

Third Parties Involved

PanduChatbot may involve supporting third parties or infrastructure, including Telegram as the bot platform, PayPal as payment provider, SMTP or email providers for service email, hosting or server infrastructure, database infrastructure, and internal admin or support handling the service. PanduChatbot does not sell user data.

Data Security

PanduChatbot uses reasonable technical and operational measures to protect user data, such as password hashing, access control, email verification or OTP, payment webhook validation, temporary processing cleanup, system access restrictions, environment secrets, and separation of credentials from public source code.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for keeping their Telegram account, email, PanduChatbot password, device, and submitted data secure.

Retention and Data Deletion

Data may be stored as long as needed to run the service, provide support, verify transactions, maintain security, prevent abuse, or meet relevant business and legal needs. Temporary files may be cleaned after processing where technically possible, while certain metadata or operational records may be retained as needed.

Users may contact support to request correction, review, or deletion of certain data. Requests may be reviewed according to service needs, transaction status, security, and applicable obligations.

User Rights and Choices

Users may request account data review, account data correction, access assistance, deletion of certain data, explanation of data usage, or help with privacy or security concerns through the bot support flow or official support channels on panduhindrata.com.

To protect accounts, users may need to prove account, email, or access ownership before a request is processed. Some transaction, security, support, or business records may need to be retained for a certain period.

Age Limit and Legal Capacity

PanduChatbot is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or users who have the legal capacity to use digital services, create accounts, submit data, and make transactions. If the bot is used for or on behalf of a business, the user confirms authority to provide data and use the service.

User Consent

By tapping “I have read and agree”, users confirm that they have read this Privacy Policy, understand what data may be collected, understand the purposes of processing, understand the third parties that may be involved, understand security and retention limits, and agree to data use required to operate PanduChatbot.

Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when bot features, payment features, email services, third parties, data storage or processing, security needs, operational needs, account systems, credits, support, or file processing change. The effective date and update date are shown in this article.

Contact

If users have questions about this policy, want to request data correction, account review, or deletion of certain data, users can contact support through PanduChatbot, the Contact page on panduhindrata.com, or another official channel provided by the operator.
